Job summary

The Implementation Associate is responsible for working in conjunction with the client services team in performing various implementation duties. The role is to create client web forms using standard web technologies. The candidate is expected to maintain a high level of integrity, courtesy and respect to provide high standards for customer service while interacting with clients, employees and business contacts.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Demonstrate proven skills in translating written requirements/specifications to functional web forms.
• Work with consultants to clarify any ambiguous development requirements.Configure client software installs using a combination of web-based tools, locally installed tools, and standard web technologies (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, CSS)
• Work alone with general guidance from team leader and deliver assignments on time and in high quality.
• Work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrate consistently effective verbal, visual and written communications skills
• Illustrate creative, technical and analytical skills.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments.

• A graduate of any IT-related courses with at least one-year experience in developing websites and/or web forms
• At least one year of experience and has extensive knowledge with SQL
• Advanced JavaScript capabilities
• Knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
• Extensive functional experience with standard web technologies (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, CSS)
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat Professional
