Job Description

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting for an international payment solutions provider (PSP) providing debit card payment processing for all types of merchants, enabling them to successfully enter Asian markets through Payment Gateway partners. The company is one of the few Western companies with access to key markets, including the Philippines, China, Indonesia, and Thailand.

Job summary

Our respected client is seeking an information technology (IT) professional with at least two (2) proven years of experience in IT development and operations support for the job of Integration Support Analyst. The job will be based in Makati City, Manila, Philippines. The winning candidate should have knowledge and experience in coordinating with different clients to provide technical support, investigate and fix issues on client’s system during integration phase. The winning candidate will become part of an integral team of professionals.

Key job responsibilities include:

Provides technical support to clients during integration process with systems written in JAVA, PHP or .NET.
Respond to functional and technical inquiries of the client
Assists in the recommendation of improvements to client’s existing codes
Conducts technical analysis regarding issues and provide immediate solution to clients
Provide daily reports to management
Provides tier-one support to investigate and resolve problems, inefficiencies, and performance issues during integration process, which will require shift work or after hours call in to meet customer SLAs.
Available to respond as part of an on-call shift work team -7/24/365, as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Degree in computer science or equivalent
Previous experience in an IT development and operations support job
Previous experience in payment gateways or banking extremely desirable
Strong background on JAVA, PHP, .NET programming languagesAbility to work well under pressure
