Job Description

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a mobile application company located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines. Our client is seeking for a customer success and sales management professional with at least 3 years’ work experience in customer success and sales in the online and mobile industry for the job of Partner Success Manager. The job is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Build and develop strong relationships with customers and become their go-to resource and point of contact via persistent calling, mailing and following ups
  • Understand and analyze the customer business goals, anticipate future needs, leverage new technologies and help determine ideal solutions
  • Educate established customers about new functionalities, best practices, industry developments and otherwise increase the company’s revenue
  • Track and monitor account status and identify areas of concern
  • Generate new leads and prospects with the aim of creating more sales
  • Ensuring visibility in sales opportunities and pipeline and provide feedback regarding performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of related customer success & sales experience with online and mobile background, preferably in fast moving sales environment
  • Experienced in executing contracts
  • Proven successful track record of selling SaaS Solutions
  • Experienced in using Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, and etc.
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills, representative, creative, thinks out of the box
  • Analytics skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle various tasks and priorities
  • Organized and systematic with great attention to details
