Chief Collection Officer  

• Overseeing the management of roll-rates from preventing further deterioration of past due accounts.
• Develops collection strategies and oversees implementation of initiatives to achieve the collection targets
• Ensures that the department objectives are strategically aligned with thecompany's objectives and goals
• Directs the operations of Collection Department and performs capacity tracking, management and planning to ensure adequate resources are in place
• Formulates policies, systems, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations of the department
• Trains and develops Collection Managers to ensure that the Collection Team Performs at an optimum level
• Provides up to date information and guidance to the Executive Committe Members including best practices, new industry standards, and answers to commonly asked questions
• Collaborates with the Call Center and Sales Departments to address customer expectations and complaints
• Coaches, disciplines, and motivates all direct reports to maintain a healthy work environment
• Conducts regular performance evaluation reviews of all direct reports

• Graduate of any Business Course
• At least 5 years experience in the same capacity preferably gained from banking/ financial services industry
• Extensive knowledge on credit practices, policies, and procedures
• Formulation of collection strategies and familiarity on different collection metrics particularly on consumer loans
