Responsible for developing and retaining clients while delivering exemplary quality service by sourcing, selecting and matching skills of qualified candidates to client job orders and candidate’s work preferences, arranging interview with clients, bridge the differences between clients and candidates and performing a variety of administrative tasks that will support the overall objective of the business. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: SALES: ● Develop new clients and maintain existing clients. ● Conduct sales activities such as prospecting and qualifying, telemarketing, sales ● Visits and monitoring of competitors’ activities & industry trends ● Market good candidates to prospect and existing clients ● Develop close business relationships and establish on-going recruitment needs of clients CUSTOMER SERVICE: ● Execute full recruitment activities such as conceptualization of targeted recruitment campaigns, paper screening, telephone screening, involvement in candidate’s salary package negotiation, preparation of resume for submission to clients, coordination of interview schedules, monitoring of progress of placement, conduct reference checks, etc. ● Provide career advice to candidates and market trends to clients ADMINISTRATION: ● Maintain accurate and complete record of clients and candidates into the Darwin system ● Ensure continuous growth of the candidate and client database ● Ensure prompt billing and collections ● Daily update of activities through the Darwin system ● Timely and accurate submission of reports ● Ensure QA reports are completed each month Hiring for entry level to executive position for Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, Admin, Human Resources and Shared Services.
