Job Description
The Product Specialist will report directly to the Managing Director PH and will be a part of the Business Development Team. The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Manage product updates and ensure the product offerings are up-to-date. This includes, but is not limited to, Credit Card offerings, Personal Loan Offerings, and Insurance Offerings
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts from banks and insurance companies
- Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed,
- including support resources, team members, and management
- Detailed product research and recommendation on product offerings
- Provides coaching and professional development to sales team members in order to enhance their product knowledge
Minimum Qualifications
Required Experience:
- 3+ years work experience, preferably in the financial sector (Retail Banking / Non-Life Insurance)
- Good understanding of retail banking landscape
- High sense of urgency and best in class work ethics
- Highly Independent
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Fluent in English
Required Soft Skills:
- Good in connecting, managing and leading people
- Team-player
- Hungry with high sense of urgency
- 100% execution-minded and result oriented
- Entrepreneurial hands-on approach to business (lead by example)

- Proficient in Tagalog
- MBA at top business school
