Job Description

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Assist with day to day operations of the Office Management duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executive
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
  • Assist in dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Assist recruitment to source candidates and update our database

Minimum Qualifications

On-the-Job Training:

The regular OJT program accommodates qualified students who are recommended by school administration / school organizations to undergo internship prior to graduation in order to be adequately familiar with the actual office and industrial operations and management to augment their formal training.

The company is looking forward to tie-up with various academic institutions to support this program by giving the student-interns course related work assignments and expose them to actual learning experiences. The duration of training is determined by the fixed period or number of hours required by the academic institution per course requirements.

The program is open to 3rd and 4th-yearr college students who are recommended by their respective school organizations / universities to undergo on-the-job training during their regular school terms.

Required Experience:

  • Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s / College Degree (preferably on 3rd or 4th year level on Human Resource Management, Psychology or Administrative courses)
  • Applicants must be will to work in Makati City
  • Can be a part-time or full-time OJT
  • Knowledgeable on MS Office: Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Organized, structured, and highly detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills
  • Great leadership skills, with ability to excite and inspire all levels of the organization
  • High sense of urgency and best in class work ethics
  • Fluent in English
