Customer Finance Specialist | Order-to-Cash (OTC) | Fixed Term  

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our highly successful Innovation team based in Sucat.
Reporting to the OTC Account Manager, the OTC Customer Finance Business Partner is responsible to Process monitoring/audit and sanitation coordinator.

Some of the key accountabilities for this role will include (but are not limited to):

• Customer Financial Risk and Transaction - implements credit and collection policies, accurate payment application, safekeeping of documents and important transaction trails
• Volume, Revenue, Cash: Customer Order and DSO - review AR of customers to provide disposition on order releasing, recommends disposition/restructuring of overdue accounts
• Credit Management - conducts AR reconciliation with customer, provides disposition on disputed claims and overdue invoices, ensures timely submission of collaterals as applicable
• Leadership/Customer Service - performs the necessary follow through with customers to release blocked orders, confirms AR balances with customers to establish record accuracy
• Systems and Organizational Excellence - drive continuous improvement to existing OTC processes
• Compliance - ensures implementation and compliance to policies, sensitive documents and trails safeguarded

• A graduate of a business or finance course.
• 2-3 years of work experience in accounts receivable or finance functions, preferably from an FMCG.
• Customer service oriented, with good communication skills, has leadership potential.
• Knowledge of SAP FICO is an advantage.
