Job Description
- Promote good HSE practices throughout the commercial & manufacturing site and also review the Plant HSE Policy and regulation
- Monitor & ensure that the HSE practices comply with the regulation, policy, and procedures in their Area
- Lead HSE Audit & inspection
- Implement Food Defence Plan and conduct annual self-assessment
- Identify and pursue energy, water and waste reduction plans (Reduce/Reuse/Recycle)
- Ensure that both commercial & plant facilities are installed ergonomically
- Ensure about workplace and employee security in working area
Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in Safety or Health or related technical field with 5-10 years of progressively more responsible work experience in safety related management or line leadership with safety emphasis
- Industrial background with knowledge of operations and maintenance of plant equipment
- Certified Safety professional (CSP) certification / CSP eligibility Six sigma green belt Preferred
- Preferred with Lead assessor of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
- Internal audit experience for the above standards
- Eventhough the base will be at Head Office, this role will required to work remotely and willing to travel to plants
- Good knowledge of Quality Management
