Job Description
• Maintain and repair Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Systems and equipment.
• Analysis of issues to root cause and development of countermeasures, improvement actions and/ suggest improvement.
• Lead the development of innovative solution to unique problem.
• Manage maintenance projects.
• Ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s)are met by working to the overall plan, including management and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation and Control Engineering
- With hands-on experience in Production, Operations Management and Maintenance
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Has in depth knowledge in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)
- Willing to work Shifting Schedule
- Work Location: Sta. Rosa Laguna
