Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and contracting of services and materials for Sales, Marketing and other corporate services.
- Dealing and coordinating with suppliers
- Provides and analyzes data and reports of procurement progress to heads and internal customers
- Creation of purchase orders snd organizing billing documents for audit.
Key Performance Indicators
- Procurement of the right needs of the internal customer
- Speed of service and compliance to lead-time of sourcing of parts and services
- PO creation with complete set of documents required
Minimum Qualifications
- Skills Required: Problem Solving, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Achievement
- Experience Needed: At least 1 year of experience in Procurement (or related field)
- Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or other related courses
