Onsite Support Coordinator  

Support branches, satellite and on-site offices’ parts operations and shipping requirements with the objective of achieving 95% stock serviceability, 90% Overall Serviceability and 8.9 Customer Satisfaction in terms of parts operations efficiency.

Job Summary:

• Facilitates overall cyclical counting of on-site inventories during site visit semi-annually in order to ensure accurate reporting of parts inventory movement.
• Negotiates and coordinates with forwarders, truckers and bus companies shipping of parts to branch and on-site warehouses for via air, via sea or overland on a weekly or daily basis in order to maintain good Overall Serviceability at branch and on-site stores.
• Drives delivery van and deliver parts to customers within the prescribed leadtime in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Inspect and receive parts return from on-site stores in order to ensure proper safekeeping and on-time shipment to CAT ADC and receive credit note as schedule. Assists warehousemen in picking and packing parts for shipment to on-site warehouses in order to lessen the time of preparation and shipment.

• Graduate of any four (4) year Course.
• Has a good communication, coordination and administrative function.
• Experience in Parts Operations and Shipping is an advantage but not required.
• Strong analytical & planning skills, good communication & presentation skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
