Job Description
Provide technical assistance and support in the installation, testing, repair and maintenance of microcomputer and peripheral systems within the company’s computer environment with the objective of supporting and ensuring business continuity and productivity.
Job Summary:
- Provide First Level In-House Technical Support: basic troubleshooting and diagnostics in order to provide resolution on hardware and software issues of computer equipment and its peripherals.
- Support in the installation, testing of workstations and other network-attached systems (printers and other network computing equipment) in order to maintain proper network interface systems setup.
- Participates in the MIS Regular Meeting in order to discuss areas of improvement and proposing new ideas in formulating action plans.
- Ensure full compliance in order to conduct proper implementation of Monark’s standard operating procedures and controls.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of IT-related course.
- With 2 years’ experience in computer hardware and software support and maintenance.
- Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting, Windows OS, MSOffice, Computer literate on both hardware and software.
- Strong analytical & planning skills, good communication & presentation skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
