Job Description
- Countersales, categorizes them geographically and coordinates deliveries with the Coordinator – Parts Shipping in order to ensure completeness, accuracy and on-time delivery of parts.
- Records all shipping lists and monitors them to ensure timely fulfillment of all requirements answering inquiries and follow-ups especially on pending documents under Warehouse.
- Makes himself/herself well adept with Contamination Control Guidelines, and ensures its full implementation within Warehouse by regularly conducting self-audit to support programs of PODS Manager and Parts Warehouse Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Graduate of BS Management or BS Computer Science
- With at least one (1) year experience in Supply Chain Management (Warehousing, Logistics or Inventory Management).
- With specific knowledge on Supply Chain Management
- With good coomunication skills and customer orientation
