Job Description
Generates complete and accurate Rental invoice within Power Systems BU and procedure with the objective of providing timely invoice to all Power System customers.
Job Summary:
- Monitors existing Rental Contracts in Luzon in order to ensure on-time invoicing.
- Coordinates with the Time Utilization Analyst concerns on Operator Time Records (OTR) and Monthly Utilization Summary Report (MUSR) in order to ensure accurate billing of Rental Hours and Rental Period.
- Prepares and records Acknowledgement Receipts in order to ensure on time transmittal of Rental Invoices to the documentation group.
- Maintains and updates the file of Turn-Over Sheets, Rental Contracts and other important rental records in order to ensure availability and quick access when needed.
Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of any 4 - year Course.

With 2 years related experience.

Strong analytical & planning skills, good communication & presentation skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
