Job Description
Job Summary:
- Accommodates walk-in and phone-in inquiries of customers, addresses customer complaints, coordinates with the Warehouse Section for customer requests and provides feedback to customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provides customers with detailed quotations containing information on basic consumable such as filters, seals, bolts & nuts (parts price, availability, lead time, and freight charges) by using Service Information System (SIS), Technical Marketing Information (TMI), parts books and other reference materials in order to meet customers’ parts requirements
- Processes and monitors core returns and parts return documents and generate Credit Memo in order to ensure proper documentation of parts returned thru counter.
- Promotes marketing programs and other current promotions and services to customers in order to contribute in increasing parts sales.
Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of any four (4) year course.
- With three to four (3-4) years’ related experience.

Strong analytical & planning skills, good presentation & presentation skills and excellent problem solving skills.
