Job Description
- Controls and monitors the accuracy in recording of expenses and proper charging of accounts, cost/profit center and reporting levels within Monark Bacolod with the objective to ensure that all supporting documents are adequate and valid.
- Conducts year end physical count of units’ inventory and rental fleet in order to reconcile physical count with the financial records.
- Issues Official Receipts (OR) for non-Trade Accounts Receivables collections such as TMs excess ATEs, disposal of scraps and other company assets and encodes in CODA in order to ensure timely reconciliation of TMs accountabilities and updating of the company’s asset records.
- Ensures proper maintenance and safekeeping of assigned company assets such as Desktop and Mobile Phone etc. in order to ensure proper utilization of company assets
- Issuance of Sales Invoives for Sevices (work order)
- Receives checks from Treasury and advises local suppliers of check payment availability in order to pay suppliers within the committed payment date.
- Prepares, encodes and validates all Payment Request Information Sheet (PRIS) in CODA and DBSi and submits to Service Supervisor for endorsement to Accounting Manager in order to ensure timely processing of payments
- Processes business taxes, permits, licenses and other local taxes in order to comply with government requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Accounting Course, BS Accountancy,or BS Financial Management
- With 4 years relevant experience
- With specific knowledge on SAP, computer literate and typing skills
- With customer orientation and coomunication skills
