Technician Vehicle Fleet Management  

Ensures that company vehicles undergoes efficient repair and maintenance within the company and industry standards with the objective of ensuring high utilization and proper upkeep of company vehicles.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any two year technical/vocational course;
• One to two (1-2) years’ experience in heavy equipment or generator set services and/or with knowledge on how to utilize Standard Jobs function in DBS;
• Preferably with NCII;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;

Job Descriptions:

• Repairs and conducts preventive maintenance to company vehicles.
• Maintains PM parts within allowable range.
• Guarantees efficient communication between end users, vehicle dealers or repair shops, parts suppliers and purchasing in order to ensure on-time repair and maintenance of company vehicles (Luzon).
• Updates and reviews in-house vehicle repair and maintenance monitoring.
• Utilizes fully the company’s operating systems i.e. MS Office applications in order to properly document all vehicle repair and maintenance (Luzon).
• Observes and practices good housekeeping in his/her assigned work area in order to ensure that the work place is conducive, safe and within the standards of an ISO accredited company.
• Recommends improvements on current Vehicle Fleet Management processes in order to ensure efficient utilization of company vehicles
