Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining and elevating the end-to-end merchant
experience on Moka. - The candidate will need to facilitate discussions and promote collaboration
by and between functions, perform root-cause analysis and brainstorm solutions, lead and manage initiatives that will elevate merchant experience and improve merchant retention on Moka. - Delivering success to Moka merchants
- Building a top quality communication to Moka merchants
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment or technology
company - 2+ years in successfully leading team
- Experience as management consulting is a plus
- Strong analytical skills paired with a creative mindset
- Great leadership and people skills
- Strong work ethics and immensely comfortable with working in a fast growing tech
company - Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
