Job Description
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including SEM/SEO, email, social media, content and display advertising
- Collaborate with Head of Performance Marketing for campaign reporting and automations
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Analyzing opportunities and challenges in digital campaign through digital analytics tools
- Work hand in hand with social media and content marketing team to grow organic leads
- Provide constant feedback to the creative team for digital paid media ad materials development
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners for digital marketing
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience, for both acquisition and retention effort
- Evaluate emerging technologies, provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven work experience as Performance Marketing
- Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
- Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
- Familiarity with web design and HTML
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- BSc degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field
