Job Description
You WIll:
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit billing data to Finance team for settlement on timely manner
- Support Product Manager for administrative tasks such as campaign result, data recording on daily, weekly, or monthly basis
- Conduct customer calls, surveys, and data collection, using methods such as interviews, questionnaires, etc.
- Prepare and present summaries and analysis of survey data, including tables, graphs, and fact sheets that describe survey techniques and result
- Able to communicate effectively with external parties
- Managing Minutes of Meeting and other external meetings if required
Minimum Qualifications
You Have:
- Min 1-2 year experience in Business Administrative
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Psychology, or similar field preferred.
- Ability to learn and understand new technologies quickly
- Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and enjoyed a fast-paced environment
- Excellent in utilizing Google Sheet
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
