Job Description
- Lead a team of Associates & Analyst to drive projects that impact company OKR
- Monitor and mentor the team to ensure projects are within timeline and create sustainable impact to the company
- Work on projects across all teams, such as Customer Support, Supply Chain, Customer Success, etc.
- Drive projects from conducting root cause analysis of high-priority issues to implementing proposed solutions
- Develop team knowledge and capabilities
- Understand customer behavior (Example: behavioral economics, consumer journey mapping, consumer decision making models, etc) and conduct research studies that provide foundational learning to inform business/product strategy
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Self-starter who can work objectively with integrity.
- Strong structured & critical thinking, attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skill.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally.
- Proven track of Project Management and Leadership
- Has expertise in in Microsoft office, SQL is preferred
