Job Description
- Assess Manpower Request.
- Overseeing and control internal mobility.
- Evaluating business initiatives and design strategy, workflow, and processes to support the initiative.
- Perform strategy and execution for career development plan and employee job leveling for the corporate and regional level.
- Developing and implement policies and process for promotion and internal mobility.
- Developing and deploying clear policies and procedures to reflect the needs of a growing and dynamic organization.
- Drive and manage change during the implementation of organization and employment transformation.
- Anticipate organizational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Educate company staffs on new organizational processes.
- Work with management and people relations team to address employee concerns and conflicts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Passionate and have knowledge about HR fundamentals, especially organization development.
- Have at least 2 years relevant work experience in Organization Development area. Leadership experience is preferred.
- Preferable have experiences related to change management/organization transformation in startup/consulting company.
- Have good interpersonal and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, communication & cross-group collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Self-driven, data-driven manner, proactive and enthusiastic.
- Enjoyed fast-paced environment and keep exploring something new.
