Job Description
You Will:
- Assist Supply Chain team in purchasing process, from pre-tender, tender, and post tender
- Ensure every purchase is streamline with user requirement (tehnical & quantity), budget, and time-bound
- Responsible for purchasing records, e.g. user requirement, PO number, invoice number, delivery order, official documents, and correspondencies
- Negotiate with vendor for the best price, payment term, and delivery term
- Forward purchase order to selected vendor
- Monitor and expedite vendor supplies
Minimum Qualifications
You Have:
- Bachelor degree / a final year student
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to work in team and individually in low supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
- Available for full time internship for at least 3 months
