Job Description
- Work on projects within the Payment Operations division
- Facilitate long-term growth strategy and more immediate operational decisions by providing fact based analysis, and practical recommendations to key decision makers across the organization
- Help us discover new pathways to operational excellence and scalability
- Execute strategic projects and coordinate with all stakeholders
- Work end-to-end: From conducting root cause analysis of high-priority cases to proposing and implementing the solution
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a top university
- 0 - 4 years of relevant work experience in a fast paced environment (consulting, investment banking and/or fast-paced startup would be preferred)
- Proven leadership and high work-ethic, most likely exemplified by involvement in student societies/extra-curricular activities/work
- Excellent communication (English is a must) and interpersonal skills, a team player with a hands-on approach
- Adaptable to new and fast-changing environments with a proven ability to succeed in challenging environments that stretch you to your limits
