Job Description
- Help develop the sales strategy and grow the Moka Fresh merchant base 10X in 6 months
- Develop Merchandising strategy to grow the SKU offering by 5X in next 6 months
- Work on pricing strategy across different product categories
- Develop internal flows to solve customer and merchant complaints in fastest time and help achieve a high NPS score for the product
- Carry out thorough competitor due diligence and work on the future business strategies with the management
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Have strong analytical skills
- Good Leadership
