Job Description
- Managing and scaling the team who is maintaining a good relationship between Moka and our merchants by acting as Point of Contact for all merchant's matters.
- Driving projects and initiatives related to account management team.
- Owning the after-sales experience for key merchants, including contract renewal negotiation and profit maximisation for both parties.
- Advising key merchants on how to optimize their business operations with Moka.
- Responsible for P&L of Account Management team.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience in sales/account management in fast-paced environment or tech company.
- At least 2 years experience in managing a team.
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English is a must.
