Job Description
Account Management (AM) Support Agent is the person who is responsible for providing best-in-class support service to MOKA AM merchants through multiple communication channels in order to maintain a high merchant satisfaction. You will work closely with Account Managers to handle various issues from AM Merchants and manage coordination across division to execute issue resolution.
- Deliver best-in-class support service to Moka AM merchants
- Facilitate coordination across division to resolve customer issues & requests
- Handle all administrative works related to customer issues & requests
- Keep up-to-date on Moka's product offerings and the latest technology in order to provide relevant solutions to help our customers
Minimum Qualifications
- Have at least 1 year of work experience in Customer Support or Admin position. Minimum Bachelor degree holder.
- Show problem-solving mindset and curiosity to solve issues.
- Good responsiveness and communication skill.
- Has high attention to detail, well organized and structured working style.
- Enjoyed fast-paced environment.
- Has good English for both verbal and written.
- Willing to work on shift basis and outside office hours.
