Job Description
- Cooperate with shopping malls, airports, electronic shops in order to build MokaPay merchant network
- Build and maintain relationship with merchants and coordinate with wallet partner to create tactical campaign in order to increase merchant transaction volume with mobile payment
- Build and lead MokaPay’s Business Development team
- Meet with prospects to understand their needs ultimately close deals with Moka as a solution for their mobile payment acceptance
- Reach monthly goals of lead generation and demo appointments
- Communicate customer experience and feedback to product and support team
Minimum Qualifications
- More than 5 years experiences in acquiring and handling enterprise accounts in F&B, services and retail industry
- Demonstrates attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Strong and professional written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Very hands-on when it comes in closing enterprise deals
- Interacts effectively with all levels of management and other employees
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
- Excellent problem-solving skills
