Job Description
Account Management Admin Assistant is the person who responsible to ensure day to day administrational process for Account Management Team. You will work closely with Account Managers to handle various administrative tasks, managing cross division facilitation, facilitating day to day report and also ensuring the up to dateness of internal activity logs of Account Managers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Performing Account Management administrative tasks by using our tool
- Tracking day to day activity log of Account management
- Preparing proposal for merchant survey
- Manage & prepare contracts with customers
- Managing Minutes of Meeting for Weekly Meeting and also other External meetings for Account Managers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Have 1-4 years relevant work experience in administration process.
- Minimum Bachelor degree holder.
- Communicative, well organized and structured working style
- High attention to detail and enjoyed fast-paced environment.
- Has good English for both verbal and written.
- Team player but also good work in minimum supervision
- 1+ years experience in a related field
