Job Description
- Responsible in ensuring that Moka’s compensation & benefits packages comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Design, develop, implement and oversee company wide performance evaluation & appraisal system.
- Design, develop and implement salary structure & compensation strategy.
- Collect & analyze market data on remuneration packages especially in technology industry.
- Work closely with Managers & Heads to develop promotion and retention strategies for existing employees.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in crafting employees’ career & personal development plan.
- Be productive in fast paced and dynamic working environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 - 4 years experience in Performance & Rewards, Compensation & Benefits management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related fields.
- Self-driven, proactive and enthusiastic.
- Independent, yet a strong team player.
- Confident with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
