Search Engine Marketing Specialist  

Responsibilities

• Work with DMD, product & marketing teams to execute online acquisition campaigns (specifically in paid search) to increase customer acquisition.
• Hands-on management of PPC campaign deliverables e.g. keyword analysis + selection, bid management and ad/landing page and ad copy optimization.
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
• Identify areas for improvement in analytics and reporting, continuously refining processes to deliver additional insights available from PPC to inform wider business.
• Work with the DMD to develop new means of online acquisition opportunities through rigorous testing, specifically for PPC channels.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge and expertise in PPC tactics and best practices, include leveraging customer insights to drive web sales channel growth.
• Experience in real-time performance optimization of results and managing budget.
• Proven experience in quantitative & qualitative analysis to justify proposed actions & contingencies, including experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize activities effectively; focus on critical few, communicates and aligns conflicting priorities & proposes solutions.
• Strong knowledge of PPC platforms and Web Analytics.
• Demonstrated ability and self-motivation to excel within an environment of rapid change, growth mentality and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Balanced individual who brings ‘can do’ motivation to work every day. Without direction, gets started and proactively thinks about what needs to come next.
