Job Description

We are looking for compassionate and smart individuals to address product inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information via incoming calls.

  • Manage calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication guidelines when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
  • Escalate critical support issues to the appropriate internal channel
  • Help develop customer support by sharing knowledge, experimenting with new innovations and discussing best practices

Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferably 1-4 years of working experience in the related field
  • Fresh graduates are always welcome to apply!
  • Knowledge and experience in customer support is a strong plus

Required Skills

  • Good written and oral communication skills in English
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and can manage multiple tasks
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills
  • Can stay long and grow with the company
  • Work is office-based.
