Job Description
- Design and setup organic notification "journeys" for core funnels such as new user on-boarding, withdrawal, and deposits.
- Design, setup and analyse experiments that will improve these journeys over time optimizing for business goals such as new payer conversion and new category trial
- Work with the product and creative teams to setup ad-hoc campaigns and deliver a daily schedule of all the hour-by-hour campaigns
- Execute and maintain the spinwheel variance working closely with the product/economy team
- Execute and maintain refer & earn schemes working closely with the product/economy team
- Create product marketing strategies for all new features / product categories
- Help develop OTP redundancies i.e. Alternate SMS vendors, Whatsapp, True Caller
- Designing an RFM (Reach, Frequency, Monetary Value) segmentation model for MPL to value our customers and the direct marketing prioritization
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. 4 years experience in an analytics role at an internet company(startup would be preferred)
- Familiarity with mobile app user engagement tools is a must, experience with Clevertap is a plus
- Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple tasks while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- GPA > 3.3 from reputable universities
- Fluency in English is required (written and spoken)
