Job Description
- Focus on recruitment and training of driver partners.
- Track progression of bookings and on-boarded partners.
- Ensure quality of onboarded partners.
- Contribute and generate ideas for on-boarding.
- Manage partner and client relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of work experience in start-ups.
- Preferably with a background in fleet management.
- Tech savvy.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Highly motivated.
- Highly organized.
- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to excel in a competitive environment.
- Exceptional personality.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
- Ability to work in the field.
