- Accelerate recruitment and training of driver partners
- Track progression of bookings and on-boarded partners
- Ensure quality of on-boarded partners
- Contribute and generate ideas for on-boarding

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience working in start-ups
- A strong background in fleet management
- Tech savvy
