Job Description
The Windows Server Trainer will deliver Microsoft Technical Courses to MISNet Education clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality training courses on Windows Desktop, Windows Server Virtualization and other server platforms of Microsoft
- Support sales in identifying customer's requirement
- Pursue continuous certification updates as a Certified Trainer in Microsoft and other Company's product as assigned by Management
- Prepare and conduct presentation of seminar topics on the Company's array of products and/or technologies
- Provide consultancy on the Company's products when required.
- Provide technical support services to Company's clients, when required
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 2-years experience as an IT Trainer or IT Instructor
- Can teach Windows Desktop, Windows Server Virtualization and other server platforms of Microsoft
- Proficient in MS Office 2007/2010/2013
- Proficient and experienced user of Windows 7 and Windows 8 including desktop troubleshooting and configuration
- 1 - 2 years experience with Windows Server 2008/2012
- Background with Active Directory Service and Basic Server Infrastructure: File, DHCP/DNS
- Experience in systems and network administration
- Experience in troubleshooting and technical support
- Self-motivated, resourceful, ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
