Senior Legal Counsel  

• Have knowledge of Regulation in Capital Market especially on Securities Company
• Have knowledge of contract management, corporate law, litigation, industrial relation and alternative dispute resolution
• Have good knowledge to Contract Drafting & Reviewing (Consulting, Research & Assessing risk) od Contract, Summon, Clain, Legal Opinion, Resolution and able to administer legal documents well and regularly following the development of capital market, in particular the regulation in force in the capital market
• Provide input the board of director to comply with the provision of law No 8 1995 on capital market regulation and other related regulation and implementation
• Provide legal opinion and assistance to the company and coordinate with relevant department about legal issues
• Microsoft Office & English Literate and have good communication skill

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University with GPA min 3.00; a Master’s Degree would be a major advantage
• Preferably having 3-4 years experience in Financial Industry specifically capital market industry
• Experience in drafting business contract and contract negotiation
• Knowledge of Indonesia legal and regulatory regime in respect of capital market products would be an advantage
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate laws and procedures
• Able to juggle multiple assignment simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing skills
• Having good analytical & communication skills
• Adaptable and commercially minded team player with collegial personality.
