- To manage and supervise the Mine Safety, Environment and Social Development Division.
- Ensure proper implementation of the Mining Law and other pertinent laws, guidelines, rules and regulations.
- Recommend measures to improve monitoring of compliances of mining contractors pertaining to their Safety, Environmental, and Social Development and Management Programs and effective investigation of mining related complaints.
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 4 years of relevant experience in supervisory level
- With at least 40 hours of relevant training
- Must have Civil Service Professional Eligibility
- Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership, analytical and planning skills
- Good oral and written communication; and presentation skills;
