Program Description:
BIMA Philippines is recruiting account officers who will serve at the front lines to educate and enroll groups and individuals in our micro insurance plans. Account officers will become part of the global BIMA family and gain experience in the digital insurance industry. Account officers can be promoted to division manager within 24 months. Top performers will be invited to join the BIMA management trainee program.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enrolling groups and individuals into BIMA’s micro insurance plans.
- Contacting new enrollees, setting up new accounts, establishing leads, and maintaining strong relationship with existing clients.
- Providing customer service and support to clients, addressing customer concerns, suggestions, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop referral networks and extend market reach.
- Prepare proposals and conducts sales presentations.
- Prepare and submit required reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree holder of our preferred courses (please scroll down below).
- Experience as a working student is a plus.
- Candidates with working experience (non-fresh grads) must have had at least one year of continuous employment with the same employer.
- Previous work experience in investment, insurance, or sales is also a plus.
- Excellent oral presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, keen on details and organized.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build a strong network.
