Job Description
- Deliver Net Sales, Distribution and Profitability KPI’s
- Support Route to Market Opportunities and then ensure the necessary external process changes are implemented at RD and Trade level
- Drive Top to Top meetings with RD owners and Top Customers in the assigned area
- Support Joint business planning with Key RD
- Thorough P&L Analysis of RD Profitability for the area and propose key actions to RD owner
- Implement Pre-Post promotion evaluation for APL investments
- Support drive for visible distribution in smaller retail formats
- Ensure V&D investments are properly deployed to the appropriate channel
- Ensure deployment of the ideal merchandiser compliment per channel
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial and Management Engineering, Marketing or similar course
- With at least 2 yrs. Sales experience, managing FMCG distributors
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Functional Competencies on: Sales Execution Monitoring, Sales Field Coaching, Sales Management, Sales Planning, Data Analysis & Insight Delivery, Technical Communication & Influencing, Account Management & Negotiations, ROI & P&L Sensitivity, Market Intelligence, and Product and Brand Knowledge
- Willing to work in Legazpi Albay
