Job Description
- Responsible for Managing team’s performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Up-to-date with the current processes of the account and up to par with the expectations set by the client and management
- Work closely with Sitel Management Team and clients by attending regular call calibrations, meetings and up training sessions
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train retail sales staff as required Recommends corrective action to address consumer issues
- Demonstrate knowledge of contact center operations and customer support by taking escalated calls
- Analyze processes, enact to changes, and think operationally and strategically to achieve business goals
Minimum Qualifications
- At least two years of experience on Team Management in the BPO industry.
- Can converse well in English both spoken & written.
- Willing to work on night shift.
- Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
