Job Description
The Accounting Supervisor will oversee the client's fixed assets, tax reportorial compliance and intercompany transactions.
S/he will work closely with a team of accountants to manage financial functions, including assistance in the migration from SAP to Oracle. Our ideal candidate uses strong analytical skills and resourcefulness. To succeed in this role, s/he should also have problem-solving and people skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervises fixed asset accountant and review the fixed asset reports.
- Supervises tax accountant and review tax reports to ensure completeness of information.
- Monitors and reconciles intercompany transactions and balances.
- Assists in the system migration of SAP to Oracle.
- Ensures legal compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a BS Degree in Accountancy.
- Accounting Certification (e.g. CPA or CMA) is an advantage.
- Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. SAP and Oracle).
- Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas).
- Solid knowledge of general accounting, PEZA laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team management skills.
- Ability to prioritize work.
- Willing to work in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
