Job Description
- Prepares Sales Invoices.
- Prepares monthly Accounts Receivable Ageing Reports and communicating them to colleagues.
- Monitors collections.
- Makes follow up of collections with clients.
- Updates Accounts Receivable Records.
- Prepares and files Monthly Withholding Tax on Compensation and Expanded Withholding Tax Preparation and filing of Monthly and Quarterly VAT Return.
- Other accounting functions that may be assigned from time to time as the need arises.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS Accounting Major, CPA Licensure is an advantage.
- At least 1 year experience in the preparation of BIR Returns (WIT-C; WIT-E; VAT)
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Hardworking, pro-active, and good work habits.
- Willing to render OT.
- Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
