Job Description
The Research Associate is expected to contribute to the growth and development of the business unit by delivering full talent search cycle in every engagement and by providing exceptional candidate and internal/external client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts detailed industry mapping & talent research on the job market and industry trends to be competitive in the industry.
- Uses effective communication approaches to convey ideas and thoughts thru verbal and written forms.
- Creates and develops a sourcing strategy for each search mandate complete with listing of target companies to source as well as the time frame for target completion.
- Understands and comprehends thoroughly (based on detailed orientation from the Consultant/SBU Head) client’s search mandate in all its perspectives
- Generates a pool of candidates and conduct a thorough interview process using the Targeted Selection Methodology.
- Creates a comprehensive endorsement report on the endorsed candidates for Consultant/SBU Head’s review and submission to the client.
- Conducts and researches on possible business strategies and opportunities to help Consultant/SBU Head on marketing and business development prospects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Sx (6) months of work experience in a similar role from any recruitment and/or executive search company.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Target / Results Oriented.
- Team Player.
- Self Starter.
- Innovative/Creative & Highly Resourceful.
- Willing to be assigned in Makati.
