Job Description
- Checks issued sales invoices and its supporting documents completeness and validity for countering.
- Provides collection schedules.
- Ensures that all sales invoices are completely recorded and properly countered.
- Prepares exception list report.
- Contacts customers to follow up collections.
- Prepares official receipts.
- Monitors collection report vs. collection journal.
- Sends statement of accounts to customers every month.
- Reconciles customer balances with confirmation replies.
- Ensure completeness of receipt of creditable withholding tax
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of a 4-year Accounting or Business Course.
- Work experience in accounting, recent college graduates encouraged to apply.
- Experience in handling Accounts Receivable is an advantage.
- Adept in Microsoft Office and has good communication skills.
- Good coordination skills (will deal with different people from different departments).
- Willing to work overtime including Saturdays.
