Job Description
- Prepares report by channel in preparation for the weekly cadence report with Logistics and Supply Chain
- Coordinates with 3rd Party Logistics provider thru the internal logistics for finished goods delivery from internal DC
- Coordinates with planning for supply for key accounts group to ensure efficient delivery service to key accounts
- Coordinates with key account managers and other partners to address root issues of unserved orders
- Provides proactive communication of issues to key account managers/ distributor business managers that will have an impact on customer service logistics
- Understands the demand and supply of new products
- Supports activities based on sales plan
- Anticipate events and schedules that will affect deliveries to distributors and key accounts
- Consolidates bad orders and ensures 48 hour response time on the completion of CM related to breakages and damages to be taken up by distributors
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate preferably degree course in Engineering or equivalent years of experience in logistics
- At least 3 years experience as Customer Service Planner or related job
- Proficient in Excel , MS Word and SAP knowledgeable is an advantage
