Job Description
- Check issued sales invoices and its supporting documents completeness and validity for countering
- Provide collection schedules
- Ensure that all sales invoices are completely recorded and properly countered
- Prepare exception list report
- Contact customers to follow up collections
- Prepare official receipts
- Monitor collection report vs. collection journal
- Send statement of accounts to customers every month
- Reconcile customer balances with confirmation replies.
- Ensure completeness of receipt of creditable withholding tax
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of a 4-year Accounting or Business Course
- With work experience in accounting, recent college graduates encouraged to apply
- Adept in Microsoft Office and has good communication skills
- Good coordination skills (will deal with different people from different departments)
- Willing to work on overtime including Saturdays
- CPAs and Non-CPAs are welcome to apply
- Willing to work in Cebu for a 6-month project engagement
