Consultant | Junior/Senior  

The Consultant will directly report to the Vice President and will be primarily responsible for managing the business relationship with the assigned clientele and/or industry, focusing on fulfilling search mandates and warding off competition through strategic candidate and client management.This is an individual contributor role within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Understands/Comprehends thoroughly client’s search mandate in all its perspectives which include client’s nature of business, organizational structure, corporate culture, job description, qualifications profile and other information relevant to the search
• Conducts thorough interviews with potential candidates and generated a comprehensive assessment/evaluation reports on the endorsed candidates
• Closely interacts/discusses with clients on search progress
• Handles and leads multiple search assignments
• Develops network of industry contacts

• At least three (3) years of work experience in a similar role from any recruitment and/or executive search company with proven track record of achieving revenue targets and completing search mandates on his/her assigned sector or clientele
• Strategic Candidate and Client Management Experience
