Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Expense Report (ER) processing
- Promotional expenses through credit card and cash advance (CA)
- Request processing
- Settlement
- Review of outstanding balances
- ER/PF/CA queries management
- Vendor Master Maintenance, which entails creating/updating/deleting and blocking the following:
- 3rd Parties
- Employees
- Intercompany vendor
- Daily and month-end Official Receipt posting
- Deferred VAT recording, reviewing and scheduling
- Payment processing (Manual/Paylink)
- Deposit of collections
- Invoice processing
- Supplier queries/reconciliation of accounts
- AP Closing: Prepayments and Advances, GRIR/Open PO Reconciliation and schedules
- Creditable withholding tax preparation and issuance
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy.
- At least 6 months of work experience.
- CPA Licensure is an advantage
- Knowledgeable with SAP, Microsoft applications, or other Accounting Systems.
- Willing to be be assigned outside the office.
- Willing to stay for at least 2 years.
